From the SEC to the ACC to a pro mound in Germany — Bailey turned a decade of high-level pitching into a method she now coaches to youth and teen pitchers in the Salt Lake Valley.
Bailey was a left-handed pitcher who began her career at a young age. She started her college career at the University of Tennessee, where she was a two-time All-SEC Academic team member. After two years she transferred to the University of North Carolina, where she was again a two-time All-ACC Academic team member. Bailey then went overseas to play and coach at the professional level in Germany. She is now a high school pitching coach, head coach of a travel team, and pitching instructor in the Salt Lake Valley. Her focus: teaching mechanics and pitching IQ, and helping athletes build the confidence to thrive on the mound and beyond. Every athlete is different — Bailey builds off of what makes each pitcher unique.
